The goal is for participants to go through key stages of development during the competition, enabling them to independently structure solutions that create something novel, meaningful, and impactful.

The team selects the industries for which they want to develop an innovation project, and the process involves the following steps:
Each team can develop a project for a maximum of 3 industries.
During the feedback meetings, team members, representative(s) from the selected industry company, and a representative from the Innovation Institute will be participating. The goal of the feedback meetings is to challenge project assumptions (relevance for the industry, company, and market) and address any potential questions from the teams.
Each feedback meeting will last for 10 minutes. They will be held online in April and May, and each team will be able to choose the one that best suits them from the pre-arranged time slots.
Tasks will generally focus on the following areas:
The presentation must last up to 5 minutes, followed by a 5-minute period allocated for questions from the jury.
The presentation can be led by all team members, but it’s not mandatory – the team decides among themselves.
In each industry, the top 3 teams are awarded.
The overall winner is the top team among all teams that have secured the first place within their respective industries.
In each industry, the top three places will be rewarded with the following (net) amounts:
1st Place – 1,500 EUR
2nd Place – 1,000 EUR
3rd Place – 500 EUR
From among all the winners, the overall winner of the Digital Innovation Incubator will be selected and awarded an additional 3,000 EUR (net) & tickets, travel and accomodation for Web Summit 2024.
The digital infrastructure of StellarPlatform (web + app) enables teams to conduct all activities related to the development of an innovation project in one place – communication, task structure and allocation, project status and progress tracking, discussion of potential solutions/proposals, document sending and exchanging, calendar of meetings/activities, decision-making (regarding ideas and proposals), etc.
